As a human being, we all should donate our life to Buddha, Dhamma and Shanga.
We are donating our life to Buddha, Dhamma and Shanga when we are mindful or meditate.
To know about Original Truth or Ultimate Truth – nama and rupa – impermanent nature, we need to practice meditation or mindfulness and detachment.
Keeping precepts, not destroy the life, the belongings, the family, the right understanding of the others, the intelligent of ourself and the others.
Following the Middle way is the cause of enlightenment or knowing the ultimate or original truth or to be free from Sankhara or endless life circle.
Mindfulness is focusing on one of the object within our body and mind in the present moment.
Detachment is not focus on present time, place, person and condition in order to reduce our own attachments concern with all of these.
The practice of both mindfulness and detachment need to be practiced again and again continuously.
