Question: I want to understand how doing good deeds can fulfill our needs?

When we are doing good deeds we should try to do not only for us but also for the others and for the truth. To do good deeds by ourselves we don’t need to create a center like this; this is for all, for the others, for the truth. By doing good deeds here we can learn from each others, we can understand not only by our own experience but also by the others. Besides I emphasize on being doing-only with the knowing of our present liking or disliking or action of mindfulness. Here we emphasize to know the truth by our own experience. This is why many people here are able to know the truth by their own experience but they are not sharing or teaching their experience like me therefore they are not skilful in sharing their experience. It is also the same for me, I am busy doing good deeds from the beginning of Thabarwa center and I got many good results but I could not emphasize on explaining about the benefit of doing good deeds ; I emphasized on doing good deeds. Teaching about the truth is also one of the good deeds. Here we have difficulty to explain about the truth because we don’t emphasize to speak about the truth, we just emphasize to do what is good. Therefore it is easy to do good deeds but difficult to speak about the truth. By doing good deeds here we will be able to do good deeds for the others and for the truth. That ability is complete in this way we can be what we want. That ability will fulfill our needs. If we are not doing good deeds like this we will not be able to do good deeds for the others and for the truth. Doing –only is the truth. If we don’t have the ability to do good deeds for the others and for the truth we cannot be what we want; because the ability to do good deeds only for oneself is not complete. Because of not having enough ability we cannot be what we want; because of having enough ability to do good deeds not only for us but also for the others and the truth, we can be what we want. The ability or energy is really important. If we have less ability we cannot achieve our aim in life. If we have strong ability of doing good deeds we can be what we want; we can achieve our aim in life. The ability is really important. By doing good deeds here we are sure to do good deeds more and more; we can understand more and more. This is teamwork; we can learn from each other and from the truth. We need to change the ability. If you are a taeacher your ability is high; if you are a student your ability is not high. We can try to be a good student and also a good teacher. We may teach to our friends and in this way we will have complete ability and in this way our life will be complete. Traditionally we are working only for ourselves; that is misusing the ability. Using the ability with limit. Therefore no one and nothing is complete. If we can stay here, doing good deeds like this, this surely change our ability. We can understand more, we can do more. In the society we are working only for ourselves, not for all, not for the truth. Therefore our ability in the society is limited. Here we emphasize on doing good deeds continuously therefore Thabarwa center is changing all the time; developing all the time because we are busy doing good deeds all the time without limits. We are not afraid of doing good deeds, we are not afraid of cooperation, we are not afraid of limits therefore the power of doing good deeds here in this center is high. Now in this country, with new government, many people are busy doing many things but in the past with military government people are busy with doing nothing but at Thabarwa center we are busy all the time, not only at the present moment but also in the past, from the beginning of Thabarwa center, since 2007. We are busy all the time. We are busy with doing good deeds so we get many good results. There are only cause and effects; if we are doing bad we are sure to get bad results; if we are doing good we are sure to get good results. Actually I want to teach international volunteers like this but here in this country I am really busy, many things to do, therefore I cannot teach regularly. Today I have not much on my schedule so I arranged that teaching. in other countries I am less busy therefore I have time for teaching meditation or sharing experience about doing good deeds because of opening new Thabarwa centers in developed countries I can teach about the truth in English more and more and become skilful in teaching in English and this will also be helpful for you all to understand more and more. By staying here you can do good deeds more and more; by listening my teaching you can understand about doing good deeds more and more.
