Natural Dharma – Teaching about good and bad deeds

Here in this meditation center we emphasize the nature. Nature is complete, permanent. We don’t emphasize much on creation, created name. We accept Ever new impermanent nature and permanent nature. That nature cannot be seen by the eyes, cannot be heard by the ears, cannot be smelt by the nose, cannot be tasted by the tongue, cannot be touched by thte body. Cannot be understood by the normal mind. We need wisdom to accept impermanent nature and permanent nature. The nature is not something, not someone, not living beings, not non living beings, no male, no female; just ever new impermanent Nature. If we don’t understand Ever new impermanent nature we cannot understand permanent nature. Natur is the truth , the reality. It is difficult to understand the nature of the Truth. If we see from the side of living beings we can understand living beings and non living beings as real. Only when we are able to detach from the side of living beings and non living beings we can understand the Ever new impermanent nature. Here we try to detach from all living beings and non living beings. We are not rejecting the created truth. Living beings and non living beings area just created truth, not original truth. Because of creation or action or doing there are infinite living being and infinite non living beings. We are used to accept ourselves as men or women, living beings and human beings, that is creation. We are human beings because of creating ourselves as living beings. We are someone because we accept ourselves as someone. That is the creation of the mind. We are using the created mind without knowing the original mind which is Ever new impermanent nature. We are staying here to detach from the society and social activities. We are not copying the society and social activities. Here we are trying not to do bad, to do good and to purify the mind. Breaking precepts is bad action; keeping precepts is good action; destroying life is bad, not destroying life is good. Destroying the belongings of the others or ourselves is bad, wrong; not destroying the belonging of ourselves and the others is right, good. Sexual misconduct is bad; not doing sexual misconduct is good. So we should keep precepts. Destroying the understanding is bad; not destroying the understanding is good. If we tell lie we are destroying the right understanding; if we are not telling lie we are not destroying the right understanding. We should be honest, we should try to accept the truth. We should try to accept both good and bad, right and wrong, success and failure; no one is complete, nothing is complete in the society. We should try to accept the truth. We should not destroy intelligence. If we are using drugs and alcohol we are destroying the intelligence, this is wrong, this is bad. We will be low intelligence if we destroy the intelligence. So we should not use drugs and alcohol and keep the precepts. In the beginning we may not be able to keep the precepts but we shouldn’t give up, we should keep on the practice and practice will make perfect. If we are skilful in keeping the precepts we will not break the precepts in this way we are safe, we are protected by Dhamma of keeping precepts. Sharing or giving, donating what we have to the others is good. Here we are sharing our land, our properties, our food, our life with the old and sick people of the society; we are doing good deeds all the time. When we are doing what is good we should try to detach from ourselves or desires. I arrived back from Bangkok this morning, I was busy the whole day and felt tired especially at night, I wanted to take rest, I didn’t want to do good deeds but I shouldn’t obey my desire I should do what I should do; we all need to do what we should do. With this right understanding I have been teaching like this and doing good deeds over 12 years, since 2007.

The first Thabarwa center established in 2007 and from that time I was busy with the people like this. Because of opening a center like this I have the chance to do good deeds all the time, therefore I practice in Thabarwa center to do good deeds all the time, regardless of my desire, whether I want to do it or not I continue doing good deeds whether I understand or not I continue doing good deeds, this is right to do. In this way I could successfully detach from myself. No need to worry for health. I have been travelling for three years nearly continuously but i don’t need to think of my safety because I can detach, this is why I am safe; if I cannot detach I am not safe. I feel tired but I detach this is why I can continue doing good deeds. If I cannot detach I would need to take rest. This is the way I am using to do good deeds. This concern with anyone. You can also try to do it and like this you can be satisfied. This is the best we can do because we are still young, we are healthy, we are intelligent; we have ability therefore we should try to do good deeds and in this way we can get good results not only for me but also for Thabarwa center, no need to worry for the land, the property, the food, the medicine, because we can detach. Therefore Thabarwa center just need to continue doing good deeds continuously. No need to think about right or wrong; no need to think about food, shelter, anything because we can detach, just need to continue doing good deeds. If I am not doing like this I would not be able to detach. Because of doing like this I can successfully detach from myself, from Thabarwa center also. You also need to do like this. By doing good deeds or by relying on Dhamma you are sure to be able to detach from yourself and in this way, no need to worry, no need to work for yourself, no need to think of your family. Because of attachment we need to worry for ourselves and for our family. No one or nothing is complete. This is true. we should try to accept it. No need to rely on someone or something. Not to be rejecting we can use everything and everyone but not to attach we should try not to forget Ever new impermanent nature. The mind is the most important of all, if the mind is unstable the life will be unstable. If the mind is angry, the life is dangerous. If we are greedy, our life will not be complete. If we are ignorant we cannot understand the truth so we need to detach from our ignorance, greed and anger. This kind of doing good deeds is real education; we are educating the people not to do what is bad, to do good and to purify the mind. In this world people have a chance to participate in all kind of doing good deeds. This is the best we can do; we just need to continue doing like this. In this way, this kind of doing good deeds will spread to more and more people, more and more place.
