The nature way

We will try to meditate not by force. Naturally, gently, slowly, steadily, patiently, not to be thirsty, angry, greedy. Close the eyes gently. Relax the whole body and mind. Whatever we do, try to be doing-only. Instead of doing something intentionally, we should try to know the action or nature or habit. We need to be mindful of the habitual or automatic actions of our body and mind. No need to do something intentionally, just be aware of being doing automatically, habitually. We need to be mindful not only for us but also for others and the Truth. Meditation is for all, for the Truth, to be doing only, to be present at the moment, to be nature, to be patient. To be doing-only is important. We all should emphasize the action of mindfulness at every present moment. Each of us should be mindful continuously at every present moment. We should not emphasize focusing on the same object of breathing or arising and falling of the environment. the object of mindfulness can be different from one person to another. Even in one meditator, the object of mindfulness may be different from time to time. We should not emphasize having the same experience of mindfulness also, the experiences may be different from one meditator to another, we should accept the different experiences, different objects of mindfulness. We should accept the different methods of mindfulness, the difference between each other, no need to be the same: monk only, nun only, woman only, man only… Maybe or maybe not, we should try to accept both: being the same gender or not, the same age or not, the same race or not… we should try to have the same action of mindfulness at every present moment. We should try to accept both: meditating in the sitting position and not also. We should try to meditate in the sitting position together, but don’t grasp, try to accept sitting and not, being together and alone. We all should try to focus on having the same action mindfulness at every present moment. This is the most needed of all.

Only by practice, we can understand more and more. We can be together, not in the same place, but in the same practice of mindfulness at the present moment. We should not emphasize competing between different people, organizations, religions, countries… We should emphasize competing between the power of doing and not doing good deeds. This is really important. When we are trying to do good deeds at the present moment; we should be natural, gentle, patient; we need to endure, cooperate to be doing only with mindfulness and detachment, to be present at every moment, no need to think of the past, no need to dream of the future. These are essential to follow to be in the Middle way. We will never be satisfied because of the differences between what we can do what we want to do; what we want to get and what we get.

Besides, we are angry. Because of our anger, we don’t want to endure, we don’t want to be patient, we need good results now which is impossible. Besides, we are ignorant, we don’t know the Truth, the right way. The way we know is wrong. We just need to accept the Truth about our greed, anger, and delusion. With this right understanding, we just need to do what we can do, same as what we are doing now, accept what is happening in us now, patiently, mindfully. We should now find the other way, try to accept like this, whether we want or not. We don’t need to change ourselves deliberately. The good deeds we are doing now will change the condition naturally. We can not accept the present condition because of our own greed, anger, and delusion. We just need to accept it by doing good deeds continuously, no need to find the other choice or good deeds, just continue whatever good deeds we are able to do now. It will change by itself naturally; no need to rely on someone or ourselves, just relying on our present moment of doing good deeds. Therefore, we all are doing good deeds now, just need to continue. Just need to be patient and natural, our desires will be fulfilled one after another for sure. This is the Nature way, the Middle way, everything is possible, nothing is impossible if we follow the Middle way – the Nature way.
