Accept both, created and original

“Because of modern creativity, human beings can communicate with each other easily; the whole world becomes a village. Because of necessities, all these creations appear in the society. We don’t need to stop created jobs; we just need to try to be doing-only, creating-only with natural mindfulness and detachment. Investing by creating jobs is not enough, we should invest both in creation and nature. We should research both creation and nature. If we do that with attachment to nature, we will not be accepted by people who are attached to creation. Both creation and nature are needed to accept even if we choose one, we should not reject the other. The new generation has a stronger attachment to creation that is caused by rejecting the nature. In practicing meditation also, there are 2 different views. One is the public view or understanding which is not complete; the other is the right view or the right understanding. The public understanding is similar to created understanding; the right understanding is related to the original understanding. Both are to use-only with natural mindfulness and detachment.

When we accept something in the mind, we get used to rejecting the others. That is our habitual mistakes. We should accept everything and we need to try to use each one at the right time, place, condition, and with the right person. All living beings and non-living beings are also to use-only or not-to-use-only, to experience or not-to-experience-only, to understand or not-to-understand-only, to know or not-to-know-only with the practice of mindfulness and detachment. Lay people need to emphasize on business, education, healthcare, social activities while monks, nuns, volunteers, and meditators need to emphasize only on volunteering, helping, caring, sharing, protecting by keeping precepts and keeping the mind stable and pure. Doing good deeds without these two would be dangerous. Doing all kinds of good deeds together should be connected with keeping precepts and keeping the mind stable and pure. This is complete and safe.

Whenever doing good deeds, we should not try to find out the weaknesses or mistakes of the others but to find out our likes or dislikes or absence of mindfulness. I am not teaching about language but about the cause and effect of doing good deeds. That’s why there will be mistakes in the language I am using, both in English and Burmese. But I emphasize not to make mistakes with what I am teaching about the Truth or doing good deeds. We should not forget the truth that no one or nothing is complete. If we cannot forgive the mistakes of the others; that is sure our mistakes will not be forgiven by the others. If we underestimate the others, we will be underestimated by the others for sure. If we believe in no one, we will not be believed by anyone. Now we all are doing good deeds together, this action of good deeds is sure to change our mind and life. With this right understanding we should believe each other, not because of a particular person but Dhamma or doing good deeds. Standing for someone or something is not complete otherwise standing for The truth of ever-new-impermanent nature is complete. We should emphasize ever-new-impermanent nature rather than something or someone or time and place.”
